Q: How to connect the smart watch?

A：1. Download the” FitCloudPro” App–Open the App–Enable(allow) your phone’s GPS Bluetooth files camera messages notifications, etc.–Turn on the smartwatch–Click to connect the device–Select “H76Plus” to finish binding.

2. Slide down the main watch face–Click the phone icon–Open Bluetooth Call–Go to FitCloudPro–Click Bluetooth call–Enable.

3. Slide down the main watch face–Click the phone icon–Open Bluetooth Call–Go to the phone Bluetooth setting to search “H76Plus” and connect.

Q: Why can’t your watch receive SMS and notifications?

A：1. Please ensure the permissions of the App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the “FitCloudPro” app for the first time.

2. Allow the “FitCloudPro” app to send notifications: Open your phone settings–> Find “FitCloudPro” app–> Notifications–> Click “Allow Notifications”–> Tick Lock Screen/Notification Center/banners, and tick “Always(Default)” in Show Previews.

3. In the App: please switch on notification reminder in “FitCloudPro”. (Go to the app -> device -> SMS/APP -> switch on SMS, Facebook, other, etc.).

Note: Check whether the App’s messages appear in a pop-up box on your mobile phone. If not, the watch will fail to receive messages. Make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings–>Notifications> Find the app you need to get notifications from–>Allow Notifications.
